Another issue unfortunately. When I use ‘Enable Facebook Like Lock’ the pop up appears with the requested information when clicking the link. But in that screen nothing happens when the Download link is clicked. Example link: http://www.urbanlisp.com/?p=1264
By deleting “/plugins/download-manager/cache/” there was an essential change in the display of the link. I also confused [thumb] and [icon]. Thanks for the help.
When I do it changes but not into the icon. I get a picture of a camera and the package name is missing.

This is how the default link template shows in which it looks fine;

When I save the default template under another name it shows like this, a question mark;
http://www.urbanlisp.com/?p=1278
In both posts at the bottom.
One more issue unfortunately. When I use the default link template it shows the proper icon for the button. When I change to a custom template the button is showing as question mark as it can’t seem to find the picture for the button. What could be the problem?
Yes, that worked! It’s activated and I can set a price now.
I trust I will not be needing your assistance anymore when I start working with the plugin.
Thank you for your assitance.
Ah, indeed it is. I am trying to install it now but after I enter the license key I get the messgae “can’t write file”. How do I solve this?
That’s ok, I am happy we’ve located the problem. It isn’t solved however, this is what I see when I go to the link.

Still no add-on available for download…
I haven’t received such a package and you must be able to see I have ordered and payed for it. As I am managing the website I would like to be able to set it up myself so I am not depended on any help.
Could you please send me the package called “wpdm-premium-packages” so I can install it myself? If you want I can send you a proof of purchase. But that must be in your overview. It would be much appreciated.
Yes, that’s what I would like to see but I don’t have ‘Premium files settings’ available.
I bought Download Manager Pro V3.2.x and I received a plugin named DOWNLOAD-MANAGER
I installed it.
I bought Premium Package add on and I received a plugin named DOWNLOAD-MANAGER
I can’t install it because it overwrites the Download Manager Pro V3.2.x plugin.
If I do let it overwrite these files, there’s no change.
So still I am under the impression I have received the same plugin for the add-on as I did for the pro manager package.
What’s is the actual name of the add on as it would go into wp-content/plugins? Shouldn’t that be a different name then the download manager pro plugin?
Hi Shaon,
thank you for your response. The premium package is installed and working.
I would like to install the add-on but as the plugin is also called ‘download-manager’ it will just overwrite the plugin I received when I bought the pro package which is also called ‘download-manager’. I’ve tried to to that but there are no paypal and discount options appearing in my admin overview.
Is it an idea to resend the paypal add-on again so I am sure I have the proper add on?
Best
When can I expect a solution for my issue?
