Hello,

I’ve looked around a bit on your site.
Isn’t that the solution to my problem?

I think, you misunderstood me. I mean in the front end. When the user wants to download his files. The files are to be organized here.

Is there any way I can organize the files? In folders or headings?
For example:

Hello,
but that is not optimal. There are files that must be used by all customers. These files then have to be stored several times. If the files were managed via the media library, the files already uploaded could be reused several times.

Hello,
I’m a little frustrated as I keep bumping into problems.
1. When I add files via (Drop files here), I don’t see the files in my library. Then I cannot simply insert these files for other customers. If I click on Download I can also download the file directly.
2. When I add files via “Select From Media Library”, the files are in the media library. But when I click on Download I cannot download the file directly. The file will open.
Are there any more surprises?
I actually wanted to use the Download Manager for around 20 customers, because the plugin is exactly what I was looking for. But now I’ve already spent a few hours running into bugs.

Many greetings Thomas

That’s working. But if I use the selection above (Drop files here) it doesn’t work. Then the files are saved in a different folder and not in the media library. Can you change that.

Now just one more question. I would like to add a logout button in the header menu. Which link should I use.

Thank you Thomas

Hello,
I’ve changed a few things now. Except for one important thing, it would be okay now.
When a customer logs in:
http://login.riwaro.de
should the page not look like this:
http://login.riwaro.de/downloads/?udb_page=my-downloads
the page should look like this:
http://login.riwaro.de/download/kessler/
Thank you Thomas

I am on the wrong path. I think it’s probably too complicated.
I can’t do it.
I give up.

Apparently I need to edit and paste this shortcode. Where do I have to insert it?
