Are you still looking at this? Can I get an updated status, please?

I’ve updated to your latest Amazon S3 plugin and the problem persists. To be absolutely clear, I didn’t have any problems accessing my Amazon buckets before I upgraded to the newer Amazon S3 plugin.

I’ve updated the add-ons. Now my Amazon S3 bucket data isn’t loading in the Cloud Storage or Amazon S3 settings (console reports error 500). Having browsed through this forum, I see that there are others with the same issue. What is the resolution?

I’ve already tried that twice this morning. Your support email address bounces back with the following message:

This is the PPE Hosted Dispatch mail system.
PPE Hosted tried to deliver your email message, but was unable to do so for reasons outside our control.
We recommend contacting the person or service responsible for looking after the recipient domain’s email server directly.

Hi Nayeem,

After deactivating, deleting, re-installing, etc. various plugins multiple times today, I’ve finally got the Download Manger plugin(s) in a state where you can create and edit package settings. I don’t know what was going on earlier, but the post function was looking for jsquerytree.js in a non-existent folder when clicking on the tabs to change the package settings.

So the current state is that the plugin will send emails with links, but the links simply open a browser tab that says “Invalid link”.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the quick response.

– CURL is enabled, version 7.71.0
– allow_url_fopen is on
– memory shouldn’t be an issue, with 1GB available

Here is the warning that gets thrown in the PHP log:

[24-Nov-2020 11:42:18 UTC] PHP Warning: Missing argument 4 for WPDMPP\WPDMPremiumPackage::hide_single_file_download_link(), called in /home/phot2daf/public_html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 287 and defined in /home/phot2daf/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpdm-premium-packages/wpdm-premium-packages.php on line 883

Many thanks for your help!
