ok I will give that a try or i might just wait until the next plugin update comes along, then i’ll check out what i have to do to activate the exception handling

Also are there plans to incorporate this functionality into the wp-members login widget?

1) Well my attempt at making those changes failed to do what i wanted. The only change i noticed was that the actual list of packages was no longer displayed under the ‘all packages’ tab. What I want is to remove is the actual tabs across the top ie ‘all packages’, ‘create new package’ ‘edit profile’ and ‘logout’. Ie I want to remove whole tasks (eg logout) from the tab list.
2)i am not a php programmer so i have no hope in being successful in editing such files.

Also if I were to modify these files to which you refer wont any changes I make be overwritten by any new product release that you make. So don’t I have to make any such changes in a child theme? If so what do I need to do.

What I am actually seeking is to be able to customise the layout of the frontend ui (to what suits my clients) without modifying your source code.

Please update the user documentation and make it obvious so it is found easily.
some ‘tool tips’ when hovering over those toolbar and other icons would also help.

Ok that fixed the error message but the shortcodes provided by “WPDM – Extended Short-codes”, ie [wpdm_slider id=”1,2,3…”] and [wpdm_carousel category=”category-id”], dont work. The test page on which i only have some text and these shortcodes just gives me a plank page when “WPDM – Extended Short-codes” is activated and just lists (as i would expect) the text and the shortcodes as text when the addon is not activated.
I assume that wpdm_slider was available for me to download when i was downloading my ‘kit’ (about 2 weeks ago) but since i cant find it on the addon page now i can only assume you have removed it.
