I tried to update to 5.3.4 and it says package on available. I had to log into my account and download 5.3.4 and then upload it to the website. Why do your products constantly have upgrade issues? I am going to add a ticket related to issues with the file lock plug-in that keeps disappearing. This is very frustrating and makes your plug-in unreliable.

I did download the latest version from my accounts download area and the license key is set. I also did this previously, but the plugin disappears from the plugin list – it gets uninstalled. Why is that happening? How do I keep that from happening again?

Thank you for your investigative work. The website is built with Cornerstone, so I cannot just deactivate the plug-in. Prior to the upgrade of Download Manager Pro pop-ups were not used.

1. Is there a way to not use the pop-ups to avoid this issue?

2. can you please provide a bit more detail as to what in Cornerstone is causing the pop-up not to be able to close

I was hoping to get an update on this. I have not found a jquery conflict, but your expertise would be very helpful to get this production issue resolved.
