That means that we would use a regular PDF reader, without the need of using flash, right? Would this solution ensure me that users will not be able to download PDF documents? If so, I feel pretty confident that we can start the customization soon.. 4 hours would mean USD $300, right? 75 x 4.

I found this app which converts PDF files to SWF files, and also allows you to read them: http://www.swftools.org/
Might this be an alternative? I need to block the download and print functions.
There is no way to customize any of those two PDF viewers in order to remove such buttons? Either the “Open in a new tab” or “Download” button.

How are they going to open the PDF on a new tab? By entering the source code and copying the link? Is there any chance you can send me how it would look like?

I am using version 4.6.5. Is it necessary to upgrade? I would prefer not to, unless that would solve the problem.
Same for me. The thing is that I only sent you the test server’s access, but I moved the whole intranet to a private IP address that cannot be accessed from outside the company. Unluckily the error persists there.
Could it be because the same license key is being used on both sites? How can I remove the access on one site so that I grant access to the new site (same site that migrated to a new server)?

It works already! It seems that I already chose the “automatically perform this action” for downloading the file before I changed the configuration.

I’ve checked the “Open in broser” option at the File Download panel, but PDFs are still automatically being downloaded to my computer. Any idea of what could be happening?
