Finaly really don’t work with LiveForms, I replace this plugin by WPforms and it’s works
There is a bug with the LiveForms plugin but as I no longer use it, it doesn’t matter to me

Probleme solved.
Reinstall from scratch Live Forms and add-on “form-lock”
Problem depending on the order of installation of plugins ? I don’t know !!!
