Thanks for the tip. I’ve try and same problem, so looks like the problem is not due to the tag support of your plugin.
I’ve contacted Optinmonster support & they told me that:
“it sounds like the plugin is modifying the WordPress output for the page and causing the delay in building out the data.”
Does your plugin modify the wordpress output on tag pages?

Thanks, the problem is not from bootstrap (I’ve tested and same problem) but looks like from the way you manage tags in your plugin as the tags are available from WordPress standard menu but also in your plugin specific menu. I also tried to remove all the tags from my download packages without success (for the download packages not be listed in the tags listing in frontend).
It could be nice to have some support for 3rd party plugins, because in my case the problem is between 2 commercials plugins that I pay for and if anyone don’t want to do any 3rd party plugin support we’re in a case where a site could break without any support from both party even if we pay for both plugins.
It could be nice to do a test on your side with the help of optinmonster, maybe there a specific bug somewhere…I don’t say it is on your plugin but who know, it could be and it appears under specific conditions.
