Are you kidding? You’re asking your paying customers ($200 !!!) to do the work of debugging for you? Maybe you can buy yourself a beaver builder license, install it on your server, do the tests, and contact the beaver builder team yourself!! If your plugin was free, why not help you, this is not the case, I’m not paying you to work for you! Debug by yourself, but I don’t care anymore as I found a free solution that works very well… you’ve lost a customer, thanks for saving me money.

How can this be a beaver builder problem ?? Your plugin v5.4.1 is working, you rewrote the code, everyone is experiencing problems, you added a regression and now you are asking to ask beaver builder? Nice, you’ve just lost a customer, and a lot more to come! Your support is a shame !

Just tried with v6.0.6 and still not working. Will you correct this problem with beaver builder or should I start looking for another plugin?

Hi,
Yes I can elaborate on it, it’s because it’s a production site, so I reverted back to version 5.4.1… I cannot leave my download package not working with v6.0.5.

Hi,
I’ve just done this, copied the single.php into the single-wpdmpro.php into my child theme. It’s not working.
I don’t really understand what this is supposed to do?

Hi,

In Beaver Builder, I’ve made a Template page for my single download page with Beaver Themer. I’m using the basic module “post content” which should display the post content. It was working nice with v5, I’ve just customized a template in download manager for the output.
I’m not using any addons. In v6, none of the page template available is working, the only thing I can see it’s the text content of the post content, not the download manager template with the download button, download count…
There no error in the console.

Hi,
I have the same exact problem with 4.9.8. My private download limit is set at 300.
I reverted back to 4.9.7 and download is now working again so it looks like a bug in 4.9.8.

OK but why there no Font Awesome conflict with v2.9.5? and what about the 3-columns template?

Hi,

I have the same problem after updating directory addon to 2.9.7. What is the solution to recover icons & 3-columns template? If I revert back to 2.9.5, everything is working well… is there something special to do?

I have the same problem, when I try to download the latest version of download manager from my purchase area, I’m redirected to a blank page with no download starting.

Now everything works and also on my other website ๐Ÿ™‚
But (yes their a but) it is not working on my Android device. When I click on download (archives or page), I can see the colored wheel turning but the popup never appears. I don’t have any error message and so it difficult what is wrong. Any idea?

You guys are one of the worst support I’ve experimented! PDF download is part of my business and so I spend 200โ‚ฌ for 2 licenses of your plugin. Everything was working correctly, you made an update that makes your plugin unfunctional on both websites I have the license for…and now I’m supposed to wait, wait until someone on your team decide to help a paid customer? It’s now 3 weeks and still not able to update your plugins…starting to be very annoying …

Hi,
Could it be possible to first make it work on the website I sent you the login details as it still not work on this site. Download work because I reverted back to previous version, the lightbox as you can see is not the same.

I have another website on which even without Wp-Rocket nothing work, nor on the archives page, nor on the download page….
Why did you change this lightbox? it was working well before and now it’s a nightmare ๐Ÿ™

Hi again,
After some testing, the problem is coming from my cache plugin Wp-Rocket which was working the previous version of your plugin but not with the last one…
Do you have any idea of how we could cache the page and still be able to show the “lightbox” window for password?

Hi,
I’ve reinstalled latest version, could you have a check now to see what’s the problem of the password “lightbox” that does not work in the archives page?
The credentials to login are the same than the one sent to you 2 weeks ago.

You’re right, it works on details page.
I have archive page v.2.9.0 also and I cannot see any error messages in the console.
