Are you saying that those add-ons are not compatible with each other? And if not, how do we access the data entered in the custom fields add-on?

Thank you very much for this. We deleted the old plugin and installed the newest one. It’s now functioning as usual. We were wondering however if it would be possible to customize the fields that users must fill out before downloading the file.
Currently, there’s only a name and email field. We are looking for first name, last name, company name and title. Is this possible to customize?

Thank you for your follow up. This is so strange because I am able to login to my Constant Contact account with no problems. I will try to reach out to their support and follow up with what I find out.
Any update on this? We checked again this morning and we are still getting the error that we are not connected to Constant Contact.
We checked this morning and saw the the update to v1.2.1 was available. The plugin has been updated but we are getting an error that we are not connected with the Constant Contact service. I have verified that the username and password we are entering are correct. Please advise.
I’m checking for updates and I see no updates available for the plugin in both the Plugins admin section and under Settings > Updates in Download Manager.
Although I am now able to download after entering in a Name/Email address, that data is not being passed through to our Constant Contact account. Before the Add On update, we were able to select which mailing list we want to be updated but that appears to have been removed. Please advise.
I may have spoken too soon. It does not appear that email addresses are being added to any lists in Constant Contact. I am checking again and will follow up once I can confirm.
