Hi

Thank you for your help – you are a life saver! ๐Ÿ™‚

I will make a request to the SparkPost team, to look into the problem

Alrigt, so i have a bit more information about the problem now.

It seems as if the plugin is trying to send out e-mails via e-mails from the server. There is no e-mail installed on the server, and there wont be in the future, as it would be very easy for these mails to be marked as spam, when they are coming from a server that dont normally send out e-mails.

So, therefor we have installed SparkPost and we need the plugin to send out the e-mails via this. Is this a setup thing that is doable via the current plugin? If not, we would need to commission you to develop this SparkPost integration.

Please let me now

Hi Shahriar

I have put a request to my server provider to check what might be wrong.

If i create a new user from wordpress i do get an email with login credentials + I can also get a reset password mail. This is done with SparkPost.
But maybe they will have to actually install email on the server?

Hi Shahriar

Have you had a chance to look at it again?

Hi again

I have changed Sparkpost to sending via SMTP – but I still dont receive an email when sending from the cart.

Emails are working fine yes – expect the ones that should send zip-files from the cart.

We are currently using Sparkpost with HTML settings to send emails – I will try to change it to SMTP and get back to you.

Hi Again Shahjada

Thank you for you reply, and sorry for my late answer – we have now moved the files to a local storage and zip-files are working fine now.

Could you please tell me where to create the modified template tag for the file list – I can see that you removed the file name, but we would like to be able to make further changes ourselves.

Hi again Shahriar

When i restrict categories based on user roles the categories still shows up in my loop.. Do i really need to edit my user roles in the functions.php – thought this should be a feature with the Advanced Acces Control?

If you check the attached image the category should be restricted for Gold Members, but it still shows up..
