No, it’s NOT fixed! We must be living in either different dimensions or planets, it is still aligned to the left!

You actually managed to NOT fix anything at all of the issues I have again, the main issue fixed itself, not because anything you did to fix it, plus the remaining issue (Bloody text aligned to the left) is still NOT fixed.

I don’t know how you guys manage to give such poor support, it’s just horrible. for a plugin that costs $45 a year or more, it’s just incredible.

I just gave up on you guys and I will NEVER come back to use your product ever again, what a pity I just paid for a renewed license that I WILL NOT use.

Look a FREE plugin gave me what I need, it’s properly centered and it just works and it’s free!

Unfortunately, it is still aligned to the left 🙁 I have disabled cache plugin and also cleared cache on my browser and used incognito mode to check the pages as well.

Thanks, even though it doesn’t look that great, at least it works, but I still have an issue,

The text in the download popup is not centered yet, how can I center it?

Ok, wonderful so you discontinued the download image button plugin, great development, so I disabled it then because it is useless at this point and it only messes things up even more, but I still have issues.

1-) Look at the huge label on the article page:

2-) The label and text on the actual download popup is aligned to the left.

You can see the issue in your own screenshot, How can I fix those two remaining issues?

Also how do I take the fixes to the live site? do I just copy the plugin files from there and upload them to the live site?

How and where do I get rid of the subscription so I’m NEVER AGAIN charged?

Subscription here is tricky, I don’t find it on my PayPal ( Though I was charged with PayPal) I don’t see it on 2co.com either.

Never mind, Obviously the template will never look the way it looked before because of fundamental underlying changes to your plugin. I’ll just have to re-create a new template from scratch, but most likely I will just move to another solution all toguether and stop using your software.

Yes, I have used the package shortcuts generated by your plugin to place it on the pages and articles I want to show them at.

So you don’t need me to clear WPRocket’s local cache, CloudFlare, and CND?

Better yet, feel free to login upgrade it and fix it when you are ready, I have a backup of the plugin and also of my template in case the results are not what I expect. I’ll be on the watch.

Ok,
I have patience, but you need to understand I haven’t got help the many times I have tried here, sometimes for technical issues with this forum that has blocked my requests marking them as spam, other times like in this case because you basically didn’t do much to help. This, as you probably can see can be very frustrating for a paying customer, and yes your plugin is one of the most expensive plugins I have on any of my WordPress installations, this is not free support or cheap software.

I’m extremely busy at the moment, but I’ll give this another last try over the weekend (Saturday), I will give you the login details again to see if we can resolve this.

Hi,

I think your problem has been resolved now. Have you adjust settings from Downloads > Settings > User Interface or used custom CSS? let us know.

You have not offered any more help anyway, what’s the point of asking? maybe hoping it was fixed and you gave the impression of being helpful?

No, it hasn’t been resolved, it actually became worse after upgrading, look, it doesn’t even show the download button now and this is not at all the design is supposed to show up:

It is supposed to look like this:

I don’t care how the actual Package Page looks because we don’t use that, we care how the download looks on WordPress articles and WordPress pages.
I had to revert to the previous version again.

It looks broken if you look at it on the actual articles or pages, for example:

I visited the site from a Private Tab in Firefox, I also cleaned up cache for that page and the article as well. 🙁

Thanks a lot for your help, how could I have not realized this???

I do have one weird side effect when I do this though, before setting up the feature image the list of downloads in the WP Dashboard looked like this:

However after setting up the feature image then the list starts to look like this:

Is this expected behavior? Not a big deal as this is the back end, but it’s just strange.
