Hi, this was not done within yesterday like you said. Please can it be done now? I told our client it would be done like you said, now we look a bit foolish. Thank you.

So why do you have this broken update feature built in to your plugin then?

We should not have to download and over-write the plugin every time. I see many other users complaining about this in topics.

It’s 2016, this is $200 software!

Our server side settings are max-upload 128mb.

We can upload files this size fine through WordPress media manager etc.

But in WPDM, the max upload size is just 1mb. (see attached image).

Please advise how we can fix this ASAP? We have WPDM dev. version and our client is unable to use this product at the moment.

Thank you

Greg

Hi Shaon,

We’ve purchased the Dev version and are running multisite.

How do we access/broadcast the files uploaded from one site to another.

EG file uploaded to site A, how to access/list/categorise on site B?

Thanks

Hi Shariar,

Thank you,

(This feature is helpful for us actually in another scenario)

But in this case, DOCman does not really create folders. All the files sit in one folder in FTP, and the folder structure on the front end is created by DOCman’s database/settings it seems.

I guess we are a bit stuck unless we can get that CSV
