Two queries still remain:
Can we add country to the form
Can we use any third party form like Contact 7, Qu or any other for registration form.
The mail that the owner receives, does not receive the name of the subscriber in the submitted form. Only username and date is showing.

Sorry, forgot one step:
1. The latest issue (latest edition) is free for all to view on this website. As and when a new edition comes, the previous one is set as paid and the user can view only the abstract. To view the full article, he is redirected to another site (which is a paid subscription site) for complete view or download.
2. All the data and the pdf files are on the website, only the access changes.

The URl that I had sent was login page, to which the logged out or use users will be redirected. It was the same before also.
