Apparently, I don’t have a WordPress account and without it, I cannot leave a review. ๐Ÿ™

Thanks Tanvir,

I downloaded the PDF Viewer and the problem is solved. I don’t know how it was ever deleted from my site.

Thanks again for the help!

Hi Tanvir,

I don’t mean to be disagreeable, but I’m not using the free version of the PDF viewer. The custom build I paid WPDM for had both the stamper and viewer feature as part of the build.

I think if you look at my account history you’ll see that this is true. I would appreciate your help.

Thank you,
~ Rick

Thanks Tanvir,

I cleared the cache but the problem remains. It must be related to the viewer because when I download the PDF, the watermarks work correctly. It’s only on the page viewer that the name and email are missing.

Why is there no alert on my plugins page? Why is there no way to update the plugin on the plugins page? I would never have known I was outdated if not for your telling me.

I just updated the plugin so that I’m at 2.0.6. The problem remains. Could you investigate, please?

Thank you

That was the one sentence response I was hoping not to receive. That’s why I asked specific questions. Let me ask them again…

Did you create a new template for me? If so, which one?

Do you have instructions on how to use MY custom template?

Thank you,
~ Rick

Please explain by using more than one sentence. Assume I don’t what you know and am not a specialist with your tools. For example:

Did you create a new template for me? If so, which one?

How do I use the template on my pages? Is there a guide?

Thanks,
~ Rick

I paid to have an enhancement, but nobody is providing update. It was supposed to be done several days ago, but my attempts to contact you have fallen on deaf ears. What’s up?

Do you have a link with guidance to do what you are suggesting? Where is “Downloads > Templates”? I would like to investigate.

I did and replied there.

Thank you, Nayeem –

A couple of issues:

1. The PDF displays when it is the only content on the page. My typical practice is to create a page with Beaver Builder and embed the PDF. This allows me to put some introductory text and several other modules on the page. What you have shown me doesn’t seem to allow for anything EXCEPT the PDF file. I added some text in the Gutenberg editor, but can’t find it after updating the page. What’s up?

2. How do I embed a PDF in my Class structure? I’m not just interested in creating a random page. I need to insert the PDFs in the LearnDash class structure.

Is this possible? It’s imperative that I be able to (1) embed in a page where the PDF is not the entirety of the page, and (2) embed in the Class page structure. Both are important. Otherwise I’ll settle for inserting a PDF link and requiring the user to click it if I have to.
