I can see your, although yesterday I made purchase myselfe, was paid on the pay pal and my card never been charged. You can see my order in the orders with the amount of 30 pence. Not sure if this is PayPal issue or something wrong with the plugin.

How is it possible taht I have orders with 0.00 and with no items inside?

Thank you for your help, yes the popup is back, and seems like all works fine.
Not sure if you have done anything else, but the problem with the Coupon Codes also go away.

Thank you for that. I think the plugin is great, and worked well in my situation there are some issues that could be resolved like sometimes if you enable the email lock for the package some of the users receive an email with an invalid download link not happen all the time but is frustrating, this is just the issue I had. I will probably be subscribing again in a few month’s time. Had to cancel it for time being due to personal circumstances, but will be back soon 🙂

Hi, I have found the solution to the problem I had if someone else will have the same issue it might be helpful.
So after updating Download Manager from version 5.0.8 to version 5.1.2 all download links send to the email address were invalid.

To solve this issue I have logged in into my WordPress Admin go to the Settings and I have put completely random
WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL)

When I saved changes WordPress kicked me out and everything started to work
(the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) has not been changed). So I assume there were some settings which have not been refreshed or well I do not know, but even now when I do the staging copy of my website with Download Manager 5.1.2 installed I need to do this steps in order to make this plugin work.

So this is something that someone from support could look at.

Hope this will be useful for someone.

Hi, Thanks for your reply. There is still a problem with the download link which is sent to user. If you enable Email Lock->Mail Download Link the link you receive on your email address is invalid (Invalid download link) is the message you see.

Hello, thanks for this link. Now the new version solved the problem when unregistered user tried to download the email lock package, but created another one.

In the previous versions when the user has logged into his account, he was able to download the email lock package without the question for providing the email address (as he already logged in). This does not seem to work in the newest version of the plugin.

Now when user login to his account and try to download the email lock package he needs to provide his name and email address.

To summarize, when unregistered user try to download the email lock package he should be asked to enter email address, and download link should be sent to him – This is ok now.

When a registered user who logged in to his account try to download email locked package, I believe he should have a download button displayed without asking for his name and email again as it was in the previous versions. – This does not work correctly.

Thanks for your response. I can fix the text on the download button, but the PayPal Checkout button is cut in the half on the Cart screen
Screen shot I tried to disable stylesheets as you suggested, but this does not make any effect. I could not find any other settings to affect the cart form.

So is it not possible to use Bootstrap3 ? as I really prefer how all the fonts and buttons looks. When you switch to Bootstrap4 the text on the Downloads-FreeAsset tabl for all of the packages overlapping the thumbnail image, that is the reason I disabled it.
