Can you help me to understand what do I need to adjust in template tag? What triggers the download counter?
That doesn’t solve the issue, I need to disable permanently the option to register download counts, is it possible?

I disable cache and autoptimize plugin, now the loading spinner doesn’t remain there but the search doesn’t work. If you search for something like the first results you can see on the archive, it doesn’t output any results
The plugin was not installed but it was caused because I updated the addon via plugin settings… the main plugin is not updating the addons properly, it is removing the addons
I downloaded the addon and installed again , it’s working now

I tried with the account I sent you and my account and with mine I can’t open… both accounts have administrator privileges. I don’t know what is causing that
Problem solved. It was related with a search plugin I have that is causing conflict with default search from wordpress

I found the plugin which is causing the conflict, it’s WP External Links. I deactivated it, actually I don’t need it anymore
I’m using Health Check plugin where I can disable all plugins and change the theme only for me without affecting normal visitors to your site.
With all plugins off except yours it works fine… I will enable one by one to see which has conflicts
Ok, plugin installed and the shortcode is showing. Now there’s and issue related with the content of the archive, it’s not showing in the first load, it is working only in some categories… I think it’s related with the number of items, if it’s too many items it can’t show anything
How could it be possible if I made an update from the wpdm plugin updats page? and then the shortcode stopped working. Instead of updating it removed the plugin… very well, super useful…
