This is not an issue, is a very bad practice, that is close to scam.
This is the rreason why I dont use this plugin anymore.

there is no conflict with plugins.
Its WPDMPRO that do not count downloads at all. I guess I have to find a solution by myself, as all the others problems with your soft.
We are using DIVI, that also have not conflict with WPDMPRO.
In my case, download count stop working and still, although I wrote this here before, nobody tryed to help and still.
Thanks for answer, I had read that this doesnt work with free. I solved by removing all sidebars in website whith a function.
What happens with this? Is still in plan? since Oct 9, 2019 there is no news.
Fixed, as always without any help from WPML. The WPDM support still missing.
I have similar issue, cannot log at all, not users and nether admins.

I have to make changes in wpdm-archive-page.php ¿how do I include this in my child theme? I did try to put it in mychild theme inside download-manager folder but is not working.

Two questions:
1- I found a weird behavior when using wpdm_user_access.
In search page pagination it’s not ok, what the code does is to paginate before excluding post not allowed by wpdm_user_access so pages are with les posts that it is supposed. If the main query ha 10 post per page and there is 3 pages with a total of 30 posts, when using user access just clear the posts your not allow but does not rebuild pagination, so you may have 2 posts in first page, 10 in second page, and 3 in last page.
¿Is there a hook where i can rebuild pagination?

Thank you for your answer, but that does not work in this case.
If I do that, any customer can, see and download, documents from others customers.
And our site won’t work as desired.
Let me explain this site:
1.- we are using advance user members access to restrict packages to 1 user and all administrators, so any package can be seen by administrators and just one user (the owner of the document).
2.- Documents are organized with categories, that are using advance user access control so this categories can only be seen by the users allowed, (usually 1 customer(the customer owner of all packages in that category), and Miguel and Mantenimiento (this are 2 administrators, not all, but i rather use access control instead of allow all administrator just for a better control).
3.- You can notice that administrators can see all categories and can see and download all documents.
4.- You can notice using a customer role, that customers can only see categories that are allowed for current customer, and only see and download documents allowed to that current customer.
5.- For this we developed a filter for the category list wich check if category is restricted or allowed for the current user before showing the list, and this works fine.
6.- I’d been testing and searching in your code, for more than a month, and I do not find what are the differents that provoke that in the search page you cannot see any document that you can see in the other pages., there must be something weird that make search page different to the other shortcodes.
I also try allowing customers in packages but this made possible that other customers can download the package that are not allowed.
Hope this helps you to understand the problem and find a solution for my particular case.

Please you are not serious about this, I cant understand tou did not even try. PLEASE
USE 1060 USER, and then you will see the problem which has nothing to do with restricted packages.
With 1060 user or any (customer role) you can see all packaches shared with this user (/listado)(/documentos), but if you try in (/documentos-avanzado), you ll see that none packages are showing.
