I added Stripe, but when I tested it, and added the coupon, it says cart is empty. Is there a way when it is a zero balance that if the customer clicks Stripe, they can just click complete?

I cleared my history and see what shows in the video, thank you. However, it still shows two options and most people will think they need to choose one. Is there no way to change the pop up when no balance is due?

When a coupon code is added for 100% discount, zero balance, it does not complete the order. I have a screenshot of the message which reads, “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later” with a button which reads, “Return to Merchant”

When I click the button, it takes me back to the home page of the website.

I figured out how to redirect, but still can’t figure out how to get around PayPal when orders are zero.

Is it possible just to let me know what needs to be done so that PayPal is not involved with free downloads? I also need to know how to redirect to my downloads page after someone adds a download to their cart and clicks on continue shopping. When they click continue shopping, it directs back to the home page.

I’m not comfortable giving login infomation for my client’s website. Thank you.
