Same issue as mastermind. I deleted the free via ftp and uploaded the unzipped files via ftp. Went to activate the plugin and blank website. As far as other plugins go I am running gravity forms, custom post type UI, RoyalSlider, SimpleMap, Breadcrumb NavXT, and Wp Video LIghtbox

Just bought this plug-in, 3.3.7, this morning and I am having the same issue.
