I tried setting to 5 and still the same issue. Users only able to download 1 file and thats it even tho it’s set for 5 or 3.

Where is that fix? It’s been two days and the update is no where in sight.
I went ahead and updated to the latest version and it seemed to fix it.
I did that and still not working for some reason. Another update coming out to fix this bug?

Appreciate you looking at the issue for me. But it still not working since it lets you download only one package and then after that the limit exceeded shows and that’s it. I tried this on 5 different new accounts to test the fix and the same thing happens which only allows users download 1 package no matter what I set there limit too.

I don’t understand so im not allowed to set limit to 3? I don’t need it at 300 I need it at 3, my previous version of WPDM worked fine with the setting of 3. Now with the latest version won’t recognize 3. For example a brand new user registers on website and goes to download because they have 3 free credits. But it won’t let them download nothing not even 1, so in conclusion its not working as advertise. Thank you

The limit of 3 is set on purpose because that’s how we want it. Even if you set it to 50 for the limit a subscriber can not download as it says “Download Limit Exceeded”. I came to the conclusion this is an error with WPDM. Please fix WPDM to read the limits properly. Thank you

Also one more thing I need to add. When the download button did show it directed users to About Us page. Not sure why its doing that but I never set that. Can you look into this also. Thanx
