Yes we used all the correct slugs and correct code for our categories and everything was configured correctly. I haven’t provided the login as we have now removed the plugin and used another one as we had to have this finished for the client. This is why we have deleted the plugin and requested a refund, as we will not be using the plugin as its not fit for the purpose we brought it for.

Hello, yes I tried to just copy and paste the code in, I tried all the code you gave me and the code on that page also.
It still didn’t work so we disabled the plugin and used a library plugin instead that we purchased and it is now set up on the clients website as we could not get it working hence us asking for a refund.

We tried on a blank page without visual composer activated, we tried it when visual composer was activated, I tried it on a blank install of WordPress and it still didn’t work or show anything. The boxes would not work. The only code that worked was a list of categories which linked to a page cannot be displayed so it was a complete nightmare. We will not be using the plugin I am afraid.

We have sent an email to support asking for a refund for both plugins. Really not happy with them at all and the fact the archive one is not the directory one is again a delay we couldn’t wait on.
We have emailed but do I need to request that here also?

I have that plugin installed and i have added that code and nothing appears. I have also used Tiny plugin to add categories with the code and that doesnt work or show them either. Non of those short codes work even though the plugin is installed and activated.

When i click download the directory plugin, it actually gives me an archive one… is that even the right plguin its giving me from my purchase area?

As the plugin description for the directory plugin is : Add archive page option with wordpress download manager

Is that the issue its giving me the wrong plugin?
