In network i only see an error related to typography, but no with documents, this website is in a private intranet in a VPN private, and in the latest version the document preview works, why in the version 6.7.7 no? I neeed to solve this urgently, please kindly help me to solve, i think was a problem with google preview doc, how can i change the type of docs preview generation?

Actually i made a configuration globally in this part of the configuration of the component https://mutualser.platinoweb.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpdmpro&page=settings&tab=frontend and looks like it works, but no in “Gerencia General” https://mutualser.platinoweb.com/documentos/gerencia-general/ although this item is configurated “Global” and logically it should be showing what is configured globally.
In this global configuration i put to show 1 column and the system is showing 2. I dont understand why the system doesnt show the items as are configurated.
We are close to solve but please, i need your help checking:
1. why the system doesnt work in “Gerencia General” if this item is globally configurated

This shortcodes doesnt work with the search bar. I need to configure the categories in 1 column, 20 downloads per view and with the search bar, but when i activate tool bar the system says “EMPTY” when is not empty the category. please try and solve, in need this operative.

Im sorry but the solution doesnt work, i make all the steps and the site works but the pages editor and a lot of functions was down, i reverse all the steps and made another type of charge. Please, in newest versions include the compatibility with spansh caracthers, the experience was very dificult and not solved.

Well, for the categories, i add the type of menu “Categories”, you said i need to add a page with a shortcode? Not a categorie of download manager?
I tried a lot of times with the sample file and i not change the structure of the file, i only add items, not change colums, i upload the same file you send me of test like as you send me the file, and doesnt work properly. I change the encoding of the CSV file to UTF8 WITH BOM with Notepad, you can see i tried a lot of time with the same file:

Hello, I have tried with the sample file and encountered the error. However, I would like some help regarding the characters. My website is in Spanish, which means it uses both accents and special characters like the letter “ñ.” However, when I try to upload the file with this writing, the system does not include the name I assigned and uploads the file without a title.
I am also attaching a screenshot of how my database is structured, as I believe this issue might be related to character concatenation on the server. It is possible that the plugin uses a different character collation than the one set on my server. I need help resolving this issue regarding accents and special characters since my site is already in Spanish.
