I hope we can add the categories on top of the page.

The first link is an example (by Download manager) that does not have categories on top of the page :

It is very important to allow visitors to choose the appropriate category by Combo Box (Second example).
My question is how can I use categories in top of the page in Download manager plugins?

I couldn’t attach an image to explain that!
