I was using the second Default Template and couldn’t find the code you referred to. however, I was able to get it working by changing the following code:

<h3 style="padding-top: 0px;border:0px;margin: 0px;line-height: 1.7">[page_link]</h3>

to

<h3 style="padding-top: 0px;border:0px;margin: 0px;line-height: 1.7">[title]</h3>

And now it works as I was hoping.

Hi There,

As you can tell from other posts that have been made over the past few days, this is a widespread problem, which has received no response from the plug-in vendors despite repeated requests for this.

You can fix this though. Deactivate and delete the plugin from your WP dashboard. Don’t be alarmed – doing this won’t delete, modify or harm your existing download packages and settings in any way, as these are stored within the WP database itself, not the plugin. Then, log-in to your account area on this website and download the updated version from here and save on your computer. Within WP, choose the Add New plugin option and then select the ZIP file you just downloaded. The plug-in will be re-installed. Once this has been done, you can then activate your license again and it should work.

Let us know if you need any more help, unfortunately I can’t help with your second issue. You’ll need the support of the plugin vendor for this, and if the past few days are anything to go by, good luck with that…

I too would be interested in hearing about the resolution of this! This is something I’d like to achieve too.

Any news from support as to what happened here?

You’re welcome, but I should point out that it was forum user “Delynx” that gave me the solution. It is incredibly disappointing that we are still yet to hear anything official on this matter. It is making me consider whether this plug-in is viable for me in the long-term

Hi, as others on here have pointed out, you can recover the situation by deactivating, then deleting the plugin (don’t worry, this won’t affect any of your packages or subscribers or settings or anything), then download the new version of the plugin from your account portal on this site and re-install. It’s a pain in the ass, and it would be great to get some kind of support from the people that we have paid to offer this, but this should get you up and running again.

Very poor show from the official support today.

What’s that noise? Oh yeah, it’s the deafening silence from the plug-in support team regarding this pretty serious issue (if any of the many posts today are anything to go by!). Some response would be good. Noel, seeings that the plugin author appears to be AWOL on this matter, you can get your license key from your account on this site. Log-in and go to the “Download Area” under your username and you should see your order on the right hand side of the screen. There is a little key icon that you can click and it will pop up your license key. Please note that entering it again won’t work. The author has obviously broken something with their latest update and the only way to fix it is to delete the plug-in from your WP dashboard and download the new version from here and re-install. It won’t trash any of your pre-existing packages or anything, but is a bit of a faff to do. I’m seriously unimpressed with the lack of any update from the author on this matter…

Hello,

Any chance of some support on this from the plugin author? We have purchased the premium version, after all.
