ok it’s installed correctly now – the license was still registered to the old site but that is fixed. However I still don’t see any emails being sent when a user downloads a package..

I am not using Email lock – the user must be logged on to download so I don’t need email lock.

So it seems that the Download Notification addon doesn’t really do much?

yes I see those variables, but I was trying to use them in the Download Notifictions tab in the package settings – is this possible?

If not – what is that Message Setup section for? I want to send a custome email for each package if possible.

how can I use the variables in the message? In the package page I tried adding variables but that didn’t work.

Ideally there would be a template for Download Notifications but I don’t see one

I’m happy to pay for some customization if it’s required but this plugin functionality seems a bit limited.

I don’t think you understand my question..

I already have the advanced custom fields – and I have added 2 custom fields

My question is about email notification when using Login Lock – I want users to be logged in the download a file, but then I need all the user info to be available to send a notification email – we need that info to send them a license key etc.

yes I will try to explain.

I like the Email lock function, but what I would like is for the user to have the option to only enter their email and then download OR have the option to create an account (register) within the same form – is that possible?

OK – figured it out – we had the ‘Custom Fields’ plugin activated and that was causing the fields to appear in the Package. It was confusing me as someone had setup a similar form with the same fields in ‘Quick Forms’.

OK, that form IS related to WPDM – it is a ‘Quick Form’ – you can see it under ‘Settings’ so why is it showing up there and causing issues?
