At the moment is has the students name, email, the date of download, and the website.

I would like to change that to is:

Full name (as it is now)
Email (as it is now)
Students phone number (instead of download date)
Students date of birth (instead of website)

So do you mean we still need to purchased the wp pdf stamper plugin as well? even we already purchase wpdm plugin?
