No, I have specific category-slug and want to use a function to get the description and title of it. Very simple I would suggest, but nothing what I found… :S

…and when I get any language files, where I have to put they?
In which path I have to upload the files and where can I choose the taken language-files? – I found no wiki for that… 🙁
