Hi @Shahjada,

I just checked the download package again. The download functionality is working now.

Unfortunately, it seems like we have another issue with font-awesome. The icon of the button next to the password field of each file is now missing. In the Download Manager Dashboard, some button’s icons are also missing.

Could you please, check it again for me? 🙂

Hi Download Manager,

The PHP on our server was downgrade to 7.0.30 but the issue remains.

Thank you so much for your reply.

Do you know when this compatibility issue will be fixed?

Also, I’m not 100% sure but it seems like we don’t have any System Requirement in the documentation of the Download Manager Pro (Please correct me if I’m wrong). It could be really nice if you guys can include something like that 🙂

I also have the exact same issue as OP.

So far, this issue happened on Chrome/Microsoft Edge.
