When I disable the add on everything is fine. It seems to be just the Access add on. 😀

I updated the access plugin and it isnt appearing under settings and when you look at it in page settings the field access: shows blank. Doesn’t seem to be theme or plugins.
Also look in your wordpress root folder or wp-admin, wp-content, wp-includes or yoru theme folder sometimes youll see a file named “error_log” this will contain magic messages. 😉
Ya, I have my own dedicated servers so hosting isn’t a problem. I can make adjustments or turn on/off services to make things work whenever I want. If you have problems with hosting that means you aren’t equipped to handle a plugin like this or you simply need to ask yoru host to adjsut something. Also, I use a custom theme so if I am having a conflict I try to figure out the source and search for any work arounds. Try disabling your theme and using default wordpress theme. Then you’ll know if its your themes problem or plugin. Also disable the other horde of plugins you may have enabled. Your settings shouldn’t go away just by disabling things. I have had this plugin since 2011. I gladly will renew licenses when necessary because I love updates. I hope your problem is resolved soon.
That is a bummer. Its working for me. Did you try deactivating all your plugins one by one or switching themes? Thats how I figured out a couple conflicts I had. Im excited for v4.0.4 as well.
Shaon. The feautres this person talk about our amazing! But I agree with them that the “subscriber” or base user should not need all of these features. Pretty much all Package settings are not needed. What do you recommend to remove this section?
