In this case I’m having a major problem with the bulk import feature as that is how I got all the links attached to each package and the links on the CSV file are all under the same column as the one for the file that is working. Many of them had the links removed during the import process. What do you suggest I do?

Hi, I am having the exact same issue. I imported the files using bulk upload, but when I try to access any of the 500+ files I have, they all come out with the same “Download not available yet” message. All books are published and access was given to all.
