When I upload a file one by one, name the title and description, then the symbol “×” works, only when bulk upload not work.
However I have too many files to be uploaded, I can’t do it one by one.

For example, the file name “10×8-inch.pdf”works, but”10×8-inch.pdf” will not work.
Just that symbol difference, but I think symbol “×” is more standard when we describe a dimension, than the letter “x”

Hi Tanvir,
I realized that if I run on the localhost, it seems that when we move to online host, then the license key will be invalid.
Is this something can be solved as well?

What I can do? I just purchased the PRO version but it seems not work.

Hi Tanvir,
I will do this soon.
A quick question, my website sells physical goods, as well as offering free downloads. When I use the shortcode “[wpdm_user_dashboard]” in WordPress “MY ACCOUNT” page, it seems that the “ORDER” block is no longer useful, which contains the information from my buyer information for a physical good.
It’s great that if WPDM can integrate only the digital download link in the account page, not overwrite the other information.

Is this possible?

Hi Tanvir,
We are currently run on the localhost, so can not share with you URL.
But the general page layout is same as our blog page, both single blog page and category page.
I do not want them to be the same…
