We have the business level license. I’ve checked by removing one of the linked domains and was able to activate the license, so it wasn’t the license key that was invalid it was that we’d exceeded our number of domains.

Just to add I think the issue is because we already have 5 domain linked. the License key is valid, but I’m guessing the message is becasue it cannot activate any more domains. Would that be correct?

I’ve already tried that. I’ve just tried again and it still says invalid license key
