How old is it? That negligence is support, everything is answered lightly, as they never bother to read well the requirements of the people, and answer something concrete, everything is delayed in their answers.

I lost my money on an add-on that is not clear on its usability, and when I go to the “support” it is a terrible experience.

The shotcode, which you indicate, is not useful to me, since its actions are generated not on the same page.

When I click on one of the categories, it sends me somewhere else, and it doesn’t show me the results in the same area as the shorcode I sent them.

Where I can know all the designs of the directory with the shortcodes of each one, the ones found in the demo, do not work.

I want the layout of the Demo (archive-page-default) but the one in the demo does not work.

Where can I see the shortcodes of the different designs? since when I use the ones in this link (https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-directory-add-on/ ), it always presents me with an error, and the only shortcode that has worked is the one that you (Support) gave me.
