Where can I adjust the settings of the output email to the admin?
I got it to send one email with name, email and phone number, but it didn’t include the name of the package they downloaded. Instead it gave me a key and the following message:
“To gain further access to your submitted request, use this token: [ 557e4beab82cb ]
Submitted data:”

Sorry, I don’t understand what I am supposed to do to get the email notification to show something other than the downloader’s ip address. I want to have it show the email and phone number of the downloader in my email notification to admin.

I have the form working fine. I just can’t get it to show in the email notification to admin the information such as:

What file was downloaded, what is user’s name, phone number and email.
