I’m not sure I understand. The site I’m referencing is our staging site—we want to fix it there before we push changes to the live site. We do run some custom code on that page, but our developer who wrote the code has been unable to determine why the Download button is no longer showing (it used to work fine). The two files we modify are wc-formatting-functions.php and wc-template-functions.php. I can send those to you if it would help.
