Subscribers are yet again logging in and no download button is being displayed on any packages. This needs to be sorted ASAP. Otherwise this will lose business and be a massive waste of money. I need this looking into ASAP!
Hi,
I’ve been testing alot and I have found that if I add ‘select members’ and ‘Subscribers’ it leaves download buttons hidden. If I remove the ‘Subscribers’ and leave the ‘Select Members’ filled in works fine. Should that be causing this issue?
You can’t log in as you tried to use the incorrect username and your ip has been blocked by my security plugin. I will unblock your ip. Please only use the login details I have provided previously. And please do not forget to also login using the subscriber login details I have also supplied so you can see the issue. Being logged in as an admin doesn’t show the issue.
Any further updates?
They are not showing for certain subscribers as per my Screenshot I attached on a previous message. You are logged in as admin so they will show anyway surely??
There are only two at the minute which you can find in the all packages section of the WordPress backend which you are logged into. Both seem to cause issues for subscriber accounts.
Many thanks
Any further news yet? Subscribers can’t access downloads which isn’t helping business!
Any idea why this was happening then? I tried myself and was just getting redirected back to the login page after successfully logging in. Once the page reloaded I was getting a login form with the packages info below. Also users are complaining after logging in and clicking the packages, the attached files are no longer showing the download button. Can this also be checked?
Any further news?
Any chance of a reply? This issue seems like a big one a lot of people are having! If i can’t login neither can subscribers which makes the plugin pointless.
Thats great advice. But if its not allowing me to login (with the correct credentials), how do you propose I change that setting??
