Hello. As mentioned in my note, we did save the license key first, but the auto update still does not work. Please advise.

Thank you for looking. The ‘Attach file’ box had a file under each package before we upgraded to 3.0.9, but broke after we upgrade. I just tested Select from Server and it is working now though. I’m not sure why it wasn’t working on Friday, but does appear to be working now. I’ll set the download package back up again and will let you know if I need further assistance. Otherwise, I think it should be ok now.

I appreciate the response. I did use this feature and find it isn’t listing my files. Are there technical requirements for setting this up other than this to make it work? I did the following:

1) Created a folder inside the web root.
2) Granted read/execute rights to the owner.
3) Created a package pointing to that directory using Attach Dir.
4) Embedded the shortcode in a new test page to display it.

I see the page render but shows 0.00kb and 0 downloads.
