Hello, thanks for continuing to respond.
The problem appears only with the category that has more than 1000 or 2000 packages, with the others it works fine.
From the hosting service they replied that they have increased the PHP execution time from 30 seconds to 5 min, they have also increased the WordPress memory limit to 1 GB in the 3 installations that I have detected, through the following code: define(‘ WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘1024M’).
But the incident continues.
Thanks.
I have already consulted with the Hosting support service but they have not resolved anything.
I have a question
Why does double pagination appear at the bottom of the table and clicking on the numbers does not change the files?

but in the other categories this does not happen.

Thanks, but I can’t solve the incident.
If I leave the settings as suggested, all files appear to users, even though they are not assigned to them from the Advanced Access Control plugin. In my case, the above should not happen, otherwise I receive complaints.
In fact, once you set it up we got three calls from customers saying they were seeing the wrong files. Although users cannot download these files, they find it annoying to see them in their account.
It was necessary to revert the changes. In settings, option “When user is not allowed to download” Hide Everything was left.
The problem I have is that the users for the created categories only see the packages that have been published in a specific year, or only from 2021 or only from 2022 (the year of the last published packages)
Please help me with another solution. Thanks you.
Hi
This is not a option because the packages show to everybody users and my users have complained.
