Hi there, our website hosts have now turned on Zlib compression on the staging site (it was already activated on the live site) and we are still getting the same error.

Thanks for that, the site was already on the latest version of the plugin 6.2.9, but we uploaded a fresh version again anyway, but this has not fixed the problem. The website is also running on PHP7.4

What would be the next steps in troubleshooting this issue?

Hi Nayeem, we have 3 x other licenses in this account that are set to auto-renew later this year. I want to cancel them all, so that we are only using the developer license. How do I do this, as we don’t want to be charged for the other license again.

Thanks Shahriar, we bought the Advanced CSV Importer and that did work importing the custom fields, but not the custom fields that I had setup using the WPDM Advanced Custom Fields plugin, only the standard wordpress custom fields. So we didn’t really need to buy the Advanced Custom Fields plugin at all.
