Hi there,

We tried your suggestion, without updating the plugin, and the Form Lock option has appeared again for packages, but when someone tries to download the packages, they get stuck loading. The form never loads and the visitor cannot access the download file.

We’ve deleted the plugin and uploaded the new version we downloaded via the link you sent in your message. After we uploaded the file, it instructed us to update it to the latest version – after updating it, the plugin disappeared again.

Please advise on how to proceed.

Hi, the issue doesn’t seem to be a plugin conflict. We’ve checked by disabling each one each one, and we’ve also tried disabling all non-related plugins at the same time. The featured image still did not appear. Could you help us troubleshoot?
