Thanks. I’ve installed the theme. I’ll work with that then.

One last question, I am using the jumpstart theme and I noticed that it isn’t been updated since 2017. It worked fine before but I have problems now with the mobile menu and a lot of errors in the site health status. The ‘update’ button also doesn’t work anymore when I quick edit a page.

I was wondering if it had to do with the WordPress 5.5 update and the removal of the jQuery-migrate or any related issues. Can you tell me if you will update this theme? I’m afraid it will break soon otherwise..

In the second case the initial payment (set up fee) is €100 and 156 yearly. But the text shows:

100.00 for the first 1 year and then 156 per year

It shoud be something like: ‘100.00 set up fee and 156 per year’

Thanks!One last issue though.

When I select the an initial payment of 0, and an x amount per year, it is shown afterwards as 0 for the first year and x for the following years.

“In this case it says: 0.00 for the first 1 year, and then 120.00 per year”

This isn’t correct. It should show something like:

‘No set up fees, x per year.’

I think I identified teh problem. Plans that are made while stripe & paypal are in test mode, won’t work in live mode. A plan needs to be created in live mode to work. This is a problem since hunderds of downloads and events are already connected to specific plans that are created while the system was stil in test mode.

I’ve just tested the live versions of stripe and paypal. It doesn’t work. The test versions work but the live versions don’t. I’ll add an video underneath.

So in the last case, no emails get send out.

I’ve noticed another issue. When I use the short code: “[wpdm_reg_form]” the email template ‘user signup notification’ get send out to Admin and Customer.

But when the short code isn’t used, the notifications don’t get send out. I’ve made video’s to explain what I mean.

Thank you for fixing the issue!

Thank you. Have you managed to identify the problem?

The mail gets send out when a client registered on a page with the code [wpdm_reg_form] but not when they register on this page: https://ibb.co/dGxhkCM So if it gets send out when they are on a registration page but not in the page of the screenshot, doesn’t that mean its a problem that occurs on WP Downloadmaanger?

You can find this page after clicking on a plan here: https://marketingforyoursalon.com/membership-page/

Would you also mind fixing the blue login button again? We had to put a backup back and that customasation got lost in the process..

Thanks!

I’ve managed to change the default role to ‘customer’ but it still doesn’t send out the email template

Thank you for fixing that issue.

The website is set up as a multisite. Registration is enabled in the settings of the network.

Is there anything else I can do so the admin and the subscriber gets notified after signing up?

But you can only see this page when you are not logged in: This page: https://ibb.co/8gRV4fG

You can see it after you click on a plan here: https://marketingforyoursalon.com/membership-page/

What do you mean with ‘option restricted’? We haven’t changed anything and like I said, its possible to registed but the confirmation mails don’t get send out.

The login button also doesn’t work on the page that I’ve send as a picture. Did you look at it?
