I’ve tried to set up the archive page with a tag filter manually but that didn’t work. The shortcode: [wpdm-tags cols=”4″ icon=”tag” btnstyle=”default”] doesn’t work.

We only have removed some CSS styling. Since you modified the website, the filter simply can’t find any post anymore.

I have no idea what you mean. The downloads don’t show up when i use the tag search bar. What does that have to do with my site credentials?

I think that the last changes you made have effected the tag filter on this page https://marketingforyoursalon.com/design-templates/

Can you fix that so the tags are shown when selected?

You know this is a multisite setup? Go o the left top corner: My sites -> Network Admin -> Plugins.

Make sure you network activite a plugin after installation.

I’ve logged in with your account and you are able to upload plugins.

Your role is already super admin for the multisite and admin for marketingforyoursalon.com. I can’t enable anything else.

The theme is asking for the WPDM Directory addon. I’ve bought the ‘all addons’ but I can’t find it there. Am I missing something?
