I removed a couple of options, so user only have the option to upload but all the options still appearing.

And want to change the look and feel, but cant figure out how to change it. Is a CSS?

Here is the screen shot. But the visual look of this file is commanded by a css?

I just want to change the look and feel of it.

Thanks, and after copying it to my theme how do I make it shows the modyfied version? still getting the old one.
