I need an answer on this… if it is not possible I am going to have to find another solution with a different plugin
If this is not possible can you tell me how I can set a default result in the advanced search.
EXAMPLE:
In the advanced search, I want to include cat1, cat2, cat3, cat4, and cat5 but when this page loads, I want the results to have cat1, and cat2 selected.
Can you please provide me with an answer for this at your earliest convenience.
As an example using your demo pages:
I am looking to link from the category blocks(https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/category-blocks/) when you click “EXPLORE” button in the Videos category, it brings up, the advanced search page(https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/advanced-search-left/) with the video category a selected and showing results.
If this is not possible can you tell me how I can set a default result in the advance search. IE: I want the videos to be selected when the results show. I can easily build out my own categories into a grid format, I just need a way to define the results when i link to the next page.
I am trying to get the shortcode, wpdm_category_blocks to (link-template) show results in the shortcode wpdm_archive_filter
I misinterpreted what came with a pro membership, from how I read it certain addons would come with this paid membership. I tried to continue and utilize the free add-ons to my pro membership but came to an issue doesnt work for me, in elementor add-on it listed clears ALL DOWNLOAD TABLES. This is actually not possible except in the gutenberg blocks.
THE RESOLUTION
So I am requesting that my paid pro membership just be converted into something I can use and achieve the filtering I am looking for which is the directory add on.
You still get paid for the directory plugin, remove my pro status and we continue our business together for years to come.
Can i get my PRO membership cost converted over to this add-on: https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wpdm-directory-add-on/ as the PRO membership doesn’t add functionality I need.
If it is not possible then why is it listed in the elementor addon features?
I am trying to achieve this with with the elementor addon which lists ALL DOWNLOADS TABLE as a feature as well but I can not get it to configure like your screen shot.
Can you provide me with instructions on how to implement ALL DOWNLOADS TABLE in elementor with a dropdown for categories.
