The saving of the premium package options finally works (maybe it was the cache).

I’m setting up the PayPal payment method, and it doesn’t redirect to the “Return URL”. It just keeps processing on the cart page, and when it finishes, it deletes the product from the cart. The cart URL is https://domain.com/cart/?id=ORD69017D7252328

The return page field points to the page https://domain.com/gracias-por-tu-compra which has the shortcode [wpdmpp_guest_orders].

I have the same problem, today the wordpress control panel became very slow. If I disable the wpdm plugin, wordpress works fine.
