Thanks for the response … I’ve installed the ‘Image Button’ add-on and the image based buttons appear ok.
However, the Bootstrap CSS based ones do not render and appear as shown in the original screenshot.

Any ideas?

Thank you for the information. Removing this bit of code solved the problem on the footer. When I click on the download it still shows there.
