1. i get a prase error (because image was failing) i fixed this with loading up image from Backup in …/download-manager/cache/img-404-100×45.png
2. Now the Error is still there, but if you upload via downloadmanager Drag&Drop to the Uploadfield, the pdf will not load in
…/uploads/download-manager-files/
if i upload this File via FTP it still works.

I changed the directory permissions from 755 to 777 now it works with upload
