i know about how to change the templates – but isnt it possible to reset the link & page templates completely to factory defaults as if i install for the first time ?????

But we definately need the password lock because only customers shall be able to download.
And the plugin hs to work with password lock too – thats why we bought it
and it has worked already in the past.
There must be another issue so i need your further help please.
The php version has been updated too.

Hello,
i have solved the error 🙂
But the self made link templates are not available when i want to insert a package in page editor via icon and the following window.
Only the predifenied link templates are shown in the list
Whats wrong please ?
Also i want to ask if its possible to set up “Calltoakction4” link template ( as you can see here https://www.presswerk.de/spezifikationen-cd/ ) with “excpert_120” in the white box below “MB” and “Downloadcount”
Can you send me the correct code please ?? Or set it up for me ???

i checked the changes and found out when i click on “details/view more” of the download items on http://www.presswerk.de/aa that the following message shows up:

I have setup 30 Items but only 10 Per page are shown!

all other plugin updates work perfect !?
i can not delete and install every time a new update has to be istalled – thats crap
i need the problem to be solved professionally
please let me know what sort of permissions have to be changed that i can update normally please.

in the template colores of download page elements
like the email DONALOD button are green etc.
But template preview shows all the elements in gray !
I dont need those bright coloures…
There is something wrong…so i need your help please.
Also when i change the button style in the setting nothing
changes ! The buttons stay the same as they are.
I have no influence so i hope you can help too
