Hi,

I am also having same issue. I am no longer using my old website and created a new website. I uploaded 3.3.6 to my wordpress but when I enter license key obtained from my orders page it says invalid key. I send you email with my key. Can you please assist?

I followed download instructions and all files uploaded fine except for the HTACCESS file located in the download-manager/file folder.

Hi Shaon,

I uploaded all files to /wp-content/plugins/download-manager/ using ftp but the ” .htaccess ” file located in the download-manager->file folder will not upload. I have tried many times to upload the HTACCESS file but continue to receive ftp message: Response: 553 Prohibited file name: .htaccess
Error: Critical file transfer error
However my wp admin does show plugin has been upgraded but I am not sure if I will encounter bug issues with this missing file. Can you please assist?
